It is a thermostable bi-component resin of rapid hardening.

This resin prevents sinking, cracking and deterioration of the casting elements. At Fixer, our resin only requires a few simple steps to, above all, install sewer covers.

Aplicaciones

The main application of our TP-FIX is the definitive anchoring of casting elements, with the advantage of drying and high bending and compression resistance in a very short time. This can be used in any season, including temperatures below zero degrees centigrade.

Fixing casting elements to the roadway (grids, manhole covers, scuppers, etc.) restoring heavy traffic immediately.

Characteristics

  • Prevents the collapse, cracking and chronic deterioration of casting elements.
  • It can be used in any season of the year (rain, snow, very resistant to frost, abrasion and salt treatment), even with temperatures below 0ºC and on wet concrete support.
  • Quick and easy to use.
  • No mixing tools, no water, and no electricity are required at the construction site.
  • Achieves high resistance to compression and bending in a short time frame.

Conservation

  • Keep the product stored between +5ºC and 25ºC, maximum 12 months.

Resistance

  • Mechanical resistance (after 1 hour): COMPRESSION: 815 Kg/cm2 – BENDING STRESS: 360 Kg/cm2.

Format

  • 25 kg pack (24 Kg Component A + 1 Kg Component B).
