Synthetic Seal-Fix

Pseudo-levelling synthetic grout in a wide range of colours and paste-like consistency, composed mainly of selected aggregates and acrylic resins.

It is a product that provides an adequate aesthetic finish on hydraulic concrete floors and asphalt agglomerate.

It allows to seal open surfaces, protect aged supports and prevent premature wear.

Technical data sheet

Conservation

  • Keep between 10ºC and 30ºC, maximum 12 months.

Performance

  • 1.5 kg/m2 per layer approximately. It is recommended to apply at least two layers.

Curing

  • 24 hours approximately.

Precautions

  • Avoid working in the treated area until the curing process is complete.
  • Do not apply in rainy weather.
  • Apply the product at temperatures between 10ºC -30ºC.
  • It is not advisable to extend the product in thick layers (>2 mm).

Available formats

  • 45 Kg plastic tubs (pallet of 18 tubs).
  • Available colours: red, yellow, green, grey, black, blue.
